We operate an e-shop on the website www.crayonstables.com.

In the course of selling products and operating our website, we process certain personal data.

The processing of personal data is primarily governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR").

I. Processing of Personal Data

A. Processing of Personal Data in the Case of Using the Contact Form 

When you contact us regarding our products and services, we will work with the contact information you provide, primarily through the contact form. This personal data includes: first and last name, email address, information about the product you are interested in.

Why?

Based on the personal data provided, we will contact you regarding our product offer.

On What Legal Basis?

The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

If you do not provide this personal data, we will not be able to communicate with you to enter into a contract for the supply of our goods or services.

How Long Will We Process Your Personal Data?

If no further cooperation occurs, we will process your personal data for up to 3 years from our last communication.

B. Processing of Personal Data in the Case of a Purchase

When you make a purchase from us, we will process the personal data necessary to finalize the contract for the provision of our goods or services. These include billing information: first and last name, delivery address, billing address, email address, phone number, and information about the purchased goods. If the order is for a business: company ID number, VAT ID, and company name.

Why?

We need to process personal data to fulfill our obligations under the contract – to deliver the goods. We will also use the contact data to communicate with you regarding your order status, complaints, or any questions.

Personal data will also be processed to meet our obligations arising from applicable laws (primarily for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints). 

On What Legal Basis?

The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – fulfillment of our legal obligations.

If you do not provide this personal data, we will not be able to conclude a contract for the supply of our goods or services.

How Long Will We Process Your Personal Data?

During the delivery of goods or services and for 10 years after the last provision of such services or delivery of goods.

C. Newsletter (Commercial Communication)

If you have purchased goods from us and have not explicitly opted out of receiving marketing communications, we will use your email address to send you marketing communications.

On What Legal Basis?

The processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interests, which are marketing communications aimed at our customers.

How Long Will We Process Your Personal Data?

For 5 years from your last purchase. If you no longer wish to receive our marketing communications, you can unsubscribe at any time by email or by contacting us at info@crayonstables.com. 

II. Who Will Have Access to Your Data?

Your personal data will remain with us. However, some companies or other parties who assist us with the operation of our e-shop may have access to your personal data. These include:

Our company does not have a designated data protection officer.

We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling.
